People go to the dentist either for regular check-ups or when they already have a problem. Nutritional counseling is only in the second case. That it's a shame and that even a person without obvious problems should occasionally reflect on their eating habits became clear to me after several visits to Míša. I made an appointment with her to stop unwanted weight loss and to ensure that I am consuming an adequate amount of food in the right composition. Even though I was convinced that I was already on a good sustainable health path, I was surprised after the consultations with Míša at how many types of food my diet was lacking and how many myths I had ingrained in my mind - that's why I recommend such a tailored consultation for everyone.

Everything started with one silly sentence—from my friend in that time. You've gained some weight, haven't you? I started going to therapy, and thanks to it, I got my life together but also met a nutritionist who didn't impose her opinions on me about what I should do and fully respected what I wanted. Thanks to her, I got back to my weight and started being happy again. Last summer, I had to contact Michaela again; due to stress, I lost weight down to an unhealthy 48 kg, and my self-esteem plummeted. She really helped me "recover" and start working on myself, not just in terms of appearance but also mentally. Although I already felt mentally strong, I felt physically weak; I wanted to regain my weight and feel healthy.
